Help, I don't know my Username & Password to login. My old username and password don't work.

The old username and password for logging into the app no longer are valid (from app versions 1 through 3.

We have simplified the authentication process by now being able to accept your Apple ID and Apple password....the one that you normally use in the Apple ecosystem (iTunes, App Store, etc.). Use that same login information for the LBC app.
