Whats the difference between "My Loops" and "Browse"?

The "Browse" page shows you the entire catalog of loops that are available to you with your subscription. 

The "My Loops" page only displays the loops that you have downloaded to your device. The loops on this page will also be available to you offline in case you don't have an internet connection.
