The first 7 collections are the largest. Estimated download time for each of the top 7 are 45-55 secs per collection. The rest of the collections typically takes about 5-10 secs to download per collection.
The issue that your are experiencing is a connection issue. Either your wifi connection or phone data. Remember to disable other wifi devices at home to help with connectivity. Sometimes if you don't have enough storage on your phone, it will not download. We suggest going to a different location and try to download the collections. This has worked for the few that has emailed us about this. Starbucks, chic fil a, are examples of the many places you can go.
Sometimes an error can occur while downloading. Meaning your signal source may not be strong enough or just slightly lost connectivity . Just make sure you are using the best signal possible.

I have a new phone and already am a subscriber, and want to know how to down load the collections. the app wants to charge me again.
I keep trying to download something on my tablet but it keeps talking about wifi or data...
